After an intense workout I knew I needed something that was going to give me a boost for my day and something that I was going to enjoy too. I love experimenting with foods I enjoy and since coming back from Melbourne a few weeks ago, I tried to mimic some of the breakfast I had while being there. Melbourne and food is mind blowing. I noticed that a lot of the breakfast serve a tomato salsa. In their salsa is red onion so this morning I added diced red onion to my tomatoes with a drizzle of lemon juice salt and pepper. I smashed avocado with a pinch of salt and pepper and a small drizzle of lemon juice freshly squeezed. I panfried muchrooms in butter and added all these condiments together to make a very tasty breakfast.
