Smashed Avocado Tower

This morning breakfast I had fun with. Avocado with a dash of lime salt and pepper. Cut up cherry tomatoes in 1/4 and add 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, salt pepper and a pinch of oregano. With 3 pieces of Rye bread I added smashed Avocado and tomato salsa in between each piece of rye bread and 2 poached eggs on top With a pinch of salt and pepper.
Now that’s a Tower of taste.
