Salmon on top steamed broccolini and beans.

Salmon is one of my favourite dishes and it’s one food you can have on anything and with everything. When starting my ph360 this was one of my ‘Meat’ groups. I had amazing recipes on the ph360 dashboard so I looked at meals to eat providing that they were ok for my genotype. After a while, when I knew what were in my ‘Allowances‘ then I slowly started creating my own dishes. I kept it simple and as you can see, this dish is very simple. I have wrapped salmon in alfoil, with broccolini and green Beans and added lemon, lime, salt, pepper. See simple. To finish it off I have then added my famous combo of green yogurt, pesto and wholegrain mustard on top. See simple dishes are sometimes the best dishes.
