Salmon, my favourite fish.

After an intense workout, I was craving for a hearty protein meal. Pan fried Salmon with Spinach and Cherry tomatoes. Just before cooking the salmon, a drizzle of lemon, lime and soy sauce and a sprinkle of pepper and salt. Once cooked a teaspoon of Greek yogurt.
