Poached eggs and Trout.

Poached eggs with pan fried Trout and cherry tomatoes. Added black pepper and a small drizzled of olive oil and sriracha sauce (to add some bite). This delightful lunch truly attacked my pallet and left my mouth with flavours I didn’t expect. Definitely one to add to this page.
