Pesto Chicken with Mustard potato.

Time to get creative. This chicken dish I cooked slowly for 15-20 minutes on 180, then added roasted capsicum with pesto. I boiled potatoes and put it through a blender with salt, pepper a dash of lemon juice and wholegrain mustard. I smeared the wholegrain then added the chicken on top. See, simple ingredients are the best dishes.
