Oven roasted chicken with seasoned salt pepper and cooked with lime and garlic.

This dish was a treat after a long day at work. I seasoned the chicken with salt pepper and coated the chicken with lime zest, lime juice and diced garlic. Cooked on low for 45 minutes then added steamed broccoli, Brussel sprouts and mushrooms halved and roasted for an additional 15 minutes. The chicken flavour against the roasted veggies soaking in the pan juices was amazingly yummy. Definitely a dish I’ll be cooking again to entertain.
