Out for dinner.

One thing I really thought I would struggle with was how and what am I going to eat out or if I’m invited at friends place. This amazing meal was made by my cousins wife and she went that little further to search for foods I could eat. So she was on the dot. A couple of ’Avoids’ but very limited. Kale, broccolini, chicken, almonds, spring onions all allowances in my food group. Definitely a meal that I will be making in future, but excluding the avoids.
