Oat bran with berries and nuts.

This is my favourite breakfast. I have learnt that the more nutrition involved, stop those hungers in between meals. Don’t limit yourself thinking eating less is better so the chance of not putting on weight, think ‘ NutrItion’. The more, the better for you.

This combination of Oat bran, goats milk, rasberries, strawberries, Black grapes, hazel nuts, chia seeds, Greek yogurt accompanied by freshly squeezed orange juice Is my all time favourite breakfast. A Guardians breakfast.
