My protein fix-Porterhouse with smash vegetables.

Protein.... I didn’t realised how much I missed eating meat. Porterhouse with smashed potatoes and butternut pumpkin. When first starting ph360, red meats and chicken were excluded from my allowances. When I finally lost, they were slowly introduced. This piece of meat I cooked with a slight touch is balsamic vinegar and a drop of soy sauce ( soy sauce is in my ‘avoids’, so I was a little naughty) , but added a little salty flavour to the meat. I added smashed vegetables on top with Greek yogurt and wholegrain mustard and oven cooked shallots. A nice meal for any Guardian.
