These 3 fruits are the essence of a nutritional breakfast. I try incorporating these 3 fruits together to get the nutrition I need. Kiwi fruit having Vitamin C, Vitamin E, folate and potassium. Strawberries as well as the Vitamin category, it’s high in fibre and bananas which protects against Type 2 Diabetes and aids in weight loss. Keep the nutrition going, but don’t forget to enjoy the taste and flavours too.
