Morning runs when the sun is shining, take advantage of these times. Fresh air in your lungs and the sun beaming down will soon warm you, especially if the mornings are a tad fresh. Run with a friend, someone who inspires and motivates you. Don’t run half hearted, set a goal and push yourself. This morning wasn’t a big run but we pushed ourselves and got great results.
