Honey mustard chicken.

Chicken 3 times a week. I was over the moon that after my last weigh in as I could have this 3 times a week. I love to experiment with all sorts of condiments to add or marinade the chicken in. This concoction was a mix of wholegrain and honey mustard marinaded with chicken For 30 minutes. All ingredients were placed in alfoil and cooking together on low heat (150) for 30-45 minutes. The chicken was not over cooked but had plenty of moisture and the mix of flavour of the red capsicum and the smell of the fresh garlic and broccolini was superb.
