Greek Yogurt

I put Greek yogurt in everything. Breakfast lunch and tea. The taste is remarkable and combining different flavours makes the taste so much more inviting. My favourite combination is Greek yogurt, Pesto, wholegrain mustard and a touch of lemon or lime. This compliments chicken, fish and meat dishes. Just a few droplets on top or smear it on the plate with your core ingredient on top. Whatever works at the time. I have had some people say “ That looks amazing send me your recipe“. I dont create recipes I experiment with my food allowances and put something together at the time. I don’t even measure anything just whatever feels right. One thing I do is while I’m eating I’m thinking how can I improve this dish next time, maybe add more or remove something that might be too over powering. This is the fun in experimenting to eventually create something amazing. It may take a few times or you just get it right straight away.
