Garlic and Lemon chicken

Since my last weigh in I can now have chicken 3 times a week. Woop Woop. There it is again the Greek Yogurt. I put it on everything why? Because it’s just so damn tasty. I find now that I’m at the stage of maintaining my weight than loosing. So with the new introduction of more variety of food, this is my aim, but I suppose as much as I’m trying to control this, I can’t help if I loose weight because of my vigorous training 5-6 days a week. Saying that, I jumped on the scales tonight and noticed that I had lost more🙄.....But I’m not complaining. 😀😀
