Eye Fillet with Capsicum Romaine lettuce and hemp seeds.

This cut of meat I cannot explain how amazing it is. I’m no MasterChef nor do I have the qualification of a true foodie or anyone in the culinary field. Let’s me tell you whatever way you cook this meat, it turns out like your slicing into butter and the taste alone it’s extraordinary. I cooked it approximately 2 minutes each side, added salt and pepper prior to cooking and whilst it was slowly searing I add a very small amount of balsamic vinegar and soy sauce( this is in my avoids ) but sometimes you gotta go out if the square just to deliver something special and this meal was fit for this King.
