Coffee catch ups.

Don’t forget to have those catch with your mentors/trainers/coaches. Whether it be on line or face to face. I think it’s healthy for the mind and body to have regular catch ups. I caught up with my ph360 mentor and good friend, to discuss my well being. I have not been 100% with my eating causing me tiredness and lacking strength in workouts. So having regular catch ups with coaches is healthy and definitely something I need to keep my mind motivated and not falling into bad choices.
