Chicken with Yoghurt, steamed broccoli and beans.

This was a quick and easy meal made after a gym workout. I had an hour to eat before my food schedule finished at 8pm.

I steamed the vegetables and cooked the chicken in alfoil with lemon and lime and placed into the oven for 15-20 minutes on 180.

Platted with a generous amount of Greek yogurt to finish this meal.
