Berries and more Berries.

Berries are high on my list. I put all assortment of berries in my bran every morning. I cannot get sick of this. Always look forward to the first meal of the day and I feel for me it is the most important meal. I fuel my body for the working day ahead with nutritional food and don’t get any cravings or hungers prior to my lunch. Berries are a great source of energy and help reduce the uric acids in blood. Berries can provide a great benefit for healthy joints bones and tissues.
