Basa Fish with Diced tomatoes and Avocado.

A very simple dish. Oven cooked fish with salt/pepper and sliced lime wrapped in alfoil and cooked for 20 minutes on approximately 180-200 fan forced oven. I then diced up tomato and avocado a Drizzle of 1 Tsp of olive oil, a pinch of parsley and chives salt and pepper. I squeezed a 1/4 of lime but remember not over do as the fish was based with lime slices. After the fish was cooked I put the avocado and tomato mix on top of the fish. A great meal after a long day at work.
