Tofu

When I had my first weigh in my foods were so restricted. I had a lot of variety of vegetables fruit but very limited in the meat department, I mean very limited. I thought maybe not as much meat, pasta eggs but I certainly had a rude awakening. My meat substitute was

Tofu, Tempre, Salmon and Trout and very limited too. Chicken and turkey broths were more occasional so yes it was more so a detox. So I went cold turkey immediately, I didn’t slowly wein off the bad foods i stopped immediately after my first measure up and weigh in.

I never had Tofu ever in my life but was familiar with it. Tofu became a regular like of mine and still now after loosing so much weight I occasionally find myself eating it. I did miss my pasta, bread, eggs, meat etc but the result to my gradual weight loss has been amazing and the ph360 diet proves this. It’s funny now that I have more variety of food to my list, I’m finding that I’m not wanting or craving for it. My body and mind have changed and I know what my body needs to feel fulfilled.

So what’s on the menu tonight..? I think I’m going to have Tofu and a nice salad.
